    • Founded 501(c) (3) non-profit to provide medical relief for 1,000 villages in Ethiopia. Included six distinct program areas with 4,200 member donor base and bi-national offices.
    • Responsible for overall management and operations; protection of financial assets; compliance with board directives, donor requirements, and federal and state requirements.
    • Created multi-media marketing strategy and collateral for corporate identity and campaign-specific promotions. Increased average annual giving by 300% per year.
    • Orchestrated annual medical/construction trips with over 20 professionals to run medical clinics; distribute medical supplies, medicines, and mosquito nets; lead hospital renovation.
